Shielded Orchard send.

Send guards

Same as CLI:

Use Zebrad getrawtransaction or explorer; optional CLI check-confirmations.

History

Local sent tx list may be exposed in extended API builds — check handlers. Desktop uses Tauri get_transaction_history.
